I see you sell X hard to find plant, and I want to order it now, but it's January and my ground is frozen. Can I order it now and delay shipping until it's warmer?
Yes, you can delay shipping of your plants. Simply add the plants you want to your cart and add a note in the Order Special Instructions box indiciating your desired ship date. We will hold your order until the date you specified. If you need to change a ship date or have a question about your order, e-mail us at flowermoonnursery@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line.
I want to place an order, but it's winter and my ground is frozen. Do you ship my plants when my ground unfreezes?
We have no way of knowing when your ground unfreezes. We do not ship plants to areas based on when their ground unfreezes or their last frost date. Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received, unless the customer requests plants be held to be shipped at a later date. If you'd like your plants shipped around the date of your last freeze, simply look up the date of your last freeze online and enter that as your ship date in the Order Special Instructions section when placing your order.
I want to order plants but don't want them shipped. Can I pick them up?
Yes, you can pick up an order at our nursery location in Morganton, North Carolina. When checking out, click the edit button next to Shipping and select Pick Up.
Where does the name of your nursery come from?
Our nursery is named after the full moon in May, which is often referred to as the "Flower Moon" due to the abundance of flowers in bloom during this period.
Can I use your photos?
All of our images, along with the content of this website are the property of Flower Moon Nursery and are protected under copyright. If you are interested in using our pictures for commercial purposes please feel free to contact us.
