Shipping policy

We ship to all states in the continental United States, except California, Oregon, and Washington. 

Our shipping season runs September 1 through May 31. We use UPS ground shipping for all orders. Most orders take 2-3 days to arrive at their destination if it is in the Eastern US. When you check out, you will be provided with a shipping time estimate. It does not include the day we ship your order, weekends, or holidays. We only ship to the continental US.

We ship on Mondays and sometimes Tuesdays, depending on how busy we are.  Orders placed by Thursday at noon will be shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday). Orders placed after noon on Thursday will be shipped two Mondays from then. 

If you're placing an order during winter months, shipments might be delayed until it is warm enough to ship. We do our best to watch the weather so we can ensure that plants don't freeze during shipping.
