Refund policy

Plants are guaranteed to be healthy at time of shipment and true to type. We guarantee that you receive a healthy plant. However, we can not warranty plants since we simply can not ensure that they receive the care they require once they leave our facility. 

We go to great lengths and have invested in custom packaging to make sure your plants arrive in good shape. However, occasionally accidents happen during shipping. If there is a problem with your order, take photos and e-mail us immediately. We allow five days from when your order arrived to contact us for a solution. Please take photos of the plants in their shipping box, so we can understand what happened.
