Shipping

Our shipping season is September 15th through June 15th, weather permitting. We use UPS ground shipping for most orders. Orders typically take 2-3 days to arrive at their destination if it's in the Eastern US. When you check out, you will be provided with a shipping time estimate. It does not include the day we ship your order, weekends, or holidays. We only ship to the continental US. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all states in the continental United States, except California, Oregon, and Washington. 

Shipping Holds

We allow customers to order plants but delay shipping. Simply add the plants you want to your cart and add a note in the Order Special Instructions box indiciating your desired ship date. We will hold your order until the date you specified. If you need to change a ship date or have a question, e-mail us at flowermoonnursery@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line. 

We do not ship plants to areas based on when their last frost date. Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received, unless the customer requests plants be held to be shipped at a later date.

Guarantees

Plants are guaranteed to be healthy at time of shipment. We do not warranty plants as we can not assure that they receive the care they require after they arrive at their destination. 

We go to great lengths to make sure your plants arrive in good shape, but occasionally accidents happen during shipping. If there is a problem with your order, contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. We allow five days from when your order arrived to contact us for a solution. Please take photos of the plants in their shipping box.
